In our country, there is a rapid and positive transformation taking place; with this change, both general budget and special budget institutions are taking steps to meet the needs of citizens, solve problems, and satisfy the public, with the aim of addressing the needs of the people. However, it should not be overlooked that the steps taken in this area are relatively new. The sustainability of these efforts requires not only the comprehensive preparation of legislation but also the elimination of challenges in implementation.
Due to the importance of the issue, it has become inevitable for institutions to simultaneously update their information technologies in parallel with the urgent enactment of laws and regulations. There is a need for new and renewable information technologies in this area.
